About Click & Collect
To select Click & Collect, simply click ‘Pick up’ when choosing your delivery method at checkout. Once selected, a ‘pickup locations’ box will appear which will show the locations/address’s available to collect your order from.
Is my order ready?
Once the payment for your order is complete, you will receive the Order Confirmation email that details your items and order number. This email will also explain that your order will be ready for collection in 2-4 working days. When the order is ready for you to collect, you will receive a second ‘ready for collection’ email from Newlife Online.
Please check your ‘Junk’ box in your emails in case your email provider has moved us into this section of your mailbox!
Where and when can I collect my order?
All orders placed will be ready to collect within a 2-4 working day time frame. Please note working days will exclude Saturday and Sundays. For example, an order placed on Friday will be ready for collection anytime between Tuesday-Thursday. Please do not attend the collection point until you have received the ‘Ready for Collection’ email.
Once you have received your collection email, please visit the below address with your Order number and full name to hand. The collection point will be based at the main tills area within the Newlife Superstore in Cannock. The address as follows:
Monday – Friday 10:30am – 10pm
Saturday 9:30am - 10pm
Sunday 10am - 4:30pm
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Unfortunately, as amendments and cancellations cannot be guaranteed, we strongly recommend that you confirm your order and delivery details prior to completing your order payment. Please note we will make amendments where we can if the order is not already packed and dispatched. Please log any amendments you wish for with the following email address and we will get back to you as soon as possible: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you believe you have ordered the incorrect items, please submit an email to us at the earliest chance possible.
How can I refund an item?
Newlife stores will not be able to accept Newlife Online returns in store, and any return postage will be responsible by the buyer. To initiate the returns process, please contact email@example.com with your order number, full name, phone number, and delivery postcode and detail which items you would like to return.

Please include your invoice/order number within your returns parcel. We highly recommend that all returns posted to us is posted by a tracked method for the peace of mind that it has reached us safely. Our processing teams will aim to process your refund within 3 working days. (Please note working days will not include Saturday and Sundays).
Can someone collect my order for me?
Of course! Please forward the confirmation email to whom you have selected to collect your order. Our team members will use the Full name and Order number on this email to confirm the order collection.
What should I do, if there are missing items from my order?
In the event that an item was missed out whilst packing your order, please let us know so that we are able to help you resolve this straight away! Please submit an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, full name, phone number, and delivery postcode and detail which items are missing from your order. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement parcel if we have the item available. In the unfortunate event that the item is out of stock, we will issue a direct refund to you.
Do you do Home Delivery?
Of course! Our postage cost is a flat fee of £4.99 each order. All orders are dispatched within 3 working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday) and is aimed to be delivered within 5-10 working days with Hermes. Once the item is dispatched, your order will be updated with the relevant tracking ID.
